DeathInc{KEA}'s Quake 2 Folder!

I have created a .torrent file of my 2.3 gig Quake 2 folder. It is jammed pack full of skins and maps. It also has most mod's already installed with most maps already installed per mod. It also has some bonus sounds and custom crossairs. Feel free to delete any of the .pak files after pak4.pak if you don't like them. Custom sounds and Beer graphics come from [4u2]Cannonball's custom .pak files. The mega says beer and the health packs are cases of Carlsburg as well as a nice new sound for the rail gun and funny ambient sounds like "Why didn't you tell me my ass was so fat!"... etc.

I never liked using an autoexec file as different mod's have different commands, so there are sample config files for the different mod's that I play. So, if I'm playing WOD I will connect to a WOD server and exec wod.cfg, TeamDM - exec gxdm.cfg....etc.

It's in .rar format so you need a program like winrar to extract it to where ever you want on your hard drive.

Once extracted, just open the extracted Quake 2 folder and right click on the r1q2.exe file and send it to the desktop. Double click and your in the action, fully installed. Feel free to play with the configs and you will need to modify the set skin command in the config.cfg file as there are too many skins in the base2/players folder for the skin selection tool in the menu of quake 2 to work properly.

This v of Quake 2 IS THE FUCKING DOPE MAN !( sry no other way to discribe it ...lol ) It's like a whole new game. Improved Textures, LQQK of skins, maps, etc.
And Funny !!! Pick your Skin and go 4 it. Excellent job [4u2]Cannonball.

If utorrent comes back OR there is any other way to get this v of Q2 GET IT !
