Cable Speed Upgrade

I was offline the last 2.5 days because they did some kind of speed cable upgrade around here.

Its called NITRO speed now !!

No notice was given by the property manager that the net would be off for any length of time.

My ping has taken another jump. Ping @[EoM] and other TS servers is over 100+! Was 74 for a while, then in the last couple weeks it climbed to 95.

Unusual that our beloved Alaskan connection still pings 80 with more than a 2000 mile distance to TX.

Can we attribute this to an increase in INTERNET traffic? Other than inefficient routing.

yeah its crazy i ping 84 now.

I tried playing a few times the last couple dayz.

Really really ...errrr not good performance.

A few others left the server too, same reason.

Hoping this crazy situation will correct itself soon.

Time will take care of it.

dang I ping at around 180 kinda switched places with shogun for a while, when this job comes in I'll be getting different pings all over its in lots of places...

I live in Ocala Fl. and use Embarq "high speed internet" my ping used to be 73 then they started to work around the area and my ping now is 86, its not as bas as proccessor but... my lag is just horrible, so horrible that i hardly frag anymore. I'm thinking about moving to ATT but i'll have to change my business # and that is not good either. im screw i guess. any ideas ?
