Canada sends water to CA for the fruit and vegetable growers.( some Canadians complain about that ) However, some of the fruit and vegetables Canada imports comes from CA. Canada does grow most in BC.

Canada is second only to the middle east in oil. 100's of caped wells sit in Alberta. That NEW cracking plant in North Dakota ( under construction )will refine that soon.
