I have now bought 3 computers in the last couple of months.
I started with a 900mhz, 256 MB and no video card when i first joined [EoM]. would get a fps on quake of 28 !!!
I then purchased a 1 GHZ, 256 MB and no video card yet again but my fps on q2 went up to 35 .... big woop.
I then figured i needed a computer with a graphics card so i purchased a 1.6 GHZ, 256MB and a 16 MB video card. fps went up to like 60 ... getting better i thought to myself but then we got a "payout" from the new zealand government. not too big by any means but my G/F and I went halfs. I got a new / old computer and she spent her money on clothes LOL
Anyways I now have a 2.8 GHZ, 512 MB (will be upgrading), with 96 MB integrated video. Has an AGP slot so will buy me a upgrade soon but I have just gone on to quake and my fps is now 130 !!!!
Is this good ?? Sh0gun rekons anythin over 60 or 70 I think he said was good.

That's really strange, never seen that before.
How about doing a burn to save? Then you have a HARD copy.
