Having a NEW ISP and Wireless connect I ran this.

Surfspeed inside Canada:...143.12 (17.89) 100%
Surfspeed average (worldwide): 108.95 (13.61) 93%
Surfspeed outside Canada:...106.44 (13.30) 91%
Latency: 370 milliseconds
I should have ran this before I moved to compare.
My server ping is about 10 less -
