I'm an asshole. An irish asshole to be exact. I come from a long line of assholes. My fathers fathers fathers fathers fathers father immigrated to America when there was a great potato famine in Ireland centuries ago, which put him in an even worse mood. Since then, each generation has strived to uphold the traditions of our asshole ancestors. They would double park their horse carriages, piss in the neighbors corn fields, and steal the doors off of peoples outhouses. In recent generations, we've perfected the art of farting on crowded elevators, taking 10 minutes to read the overhead menu at McDonalds when there is a long line of other customers behind us, not using our turn signals while driving, and wiping freshly picked boogars on the door handle at the bank. ...errrr yeah.... ....anyway....  Hello!!! Yeah, we should do the scrimm thing sometime. Surely Y'ALL could get enough players together to have a few games, I usually see someone from CRU on Vanilla 24/7. Ha! Reminds me of a joke: This baby penguin and his mother are standing on an ice floe, and the little penguin says,"Mom, are we penguins?" The mother penguin looks at him, puzzled, and says,"Of course, honey!" A little while later, the little guy asks,"Mom, are you SURE we're penguins?" And the mother says,"I've already told you: YES, we're penguins, now eat your fish!" And again, a bit later still, he asks,"Are you 100% sure we're penguins?" Totally exasperated, the mother says,"YES, we're penguins! We come from a long line of penguins! Your grandfather was a penguin, your great-great grandmother was a penguin, your WHOLE FAMILY TREE: nothing but PENGUINS! Why do you keep asking that?" "Cuz I'm FREEZING MY BALLS OFF OUT HERE!" Uh...sorry for that. As for a scrimmage, I don't think you guys would get much out of it. CRU is not known for its massive Q2 skill set! We'd be happy to pitch a tent with you and toast some marshmallows sometime though! Actually, I think it might be against our rules to scrimmage. Section 2, Article 3 of the CRU bylaws states:"Members are discouraged from any activity that even begins to suggest that they take the game seriously..." But I'd be happy to come over and get my ass kicked by you guys! |

The one's I didn't mention there either have a really high ping, or perhaps a less-than-ideal setup. We don't accept members based on skill nor are we 100% concerned with being as competitive as possible, we have members of all skill levels. For example, other clans such as Devine and Immortal Reapers don't accept EVERYONE who wants to be a member. As long as a person has a good attitude, loves the game, doesn't cheat, and wants to join us, we welcome them. That is why I joined nice people. Nice clan and they don't care what you are and what skills you have just have a fun time with them.  |

I will agree with Shogun on that one ......
Being the newest recruit and having the highest ping.... I can say that skill or ping did not play a factor in my acceptance. I do have some skill but definitly not enough to be winning games consistantly ;D

Fun bunch to frag as you always know where they will be camping.(Oh there a cru member online .... jump .... jump ..... turn the corner .... there shoot ..... gothca ....... hiding up on that bridge up there ;D )

This guy is cool, always takes time away from fragging to welcome me to the server .... then always asks "where's Jaxon" lol ..... Jaxon was my roommate who would play vanilla or railz with me often but he moved back to his mommy lol.
