Java: Quake2

I was recently exploring different Q2 clients and came across this Full Java Port. I downloaded and tested it.

To say the lease it was very stable and quite a nice client. It is a great port to Java one of the few that actualy work, that I know of

read about it here, also can download, and get install instructions and other files that are requiered.

kewl, is it my vid card or is it dark ?

Nope, Its dark try to use the gl_modulate and Intensity setting to adjust lighting. It took some effort but I was finaly able to get it to look like the Stock q2. It is great client I also downloaded the source and taking a look at that as well. Seems very stable and I notice now ill effect during game play. I have not tested the on-line multiplayer yet was too tired. laters
