Want to join [EoM]? READ THIS FIRST!

Rule # 1:Have FUN! That's why we are here!


2a.NO CHEATING of any kind will be tolerated! Cheaters will be terminated! Their IP's will be banned from the [EoM] server, and will be distributed to other admin's for their ban logs!
"Cheating" consists of the following:

• Use and/or possession of a proxy aimbot on a public server
  
• Use and/or possession of wallhacks on a public server
  
• Use and/or possession of spiked models on a public server

2b.ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY ZERO TOLERANCE!
If you have been caught cheating before and/or have been terminated from another clan for such an offence, you will NOT be eligible for membership in [EoM]!

3. Respect! Respect! Respect! Respect for your clanmates is first and foremost!

4. No bad sportsmanship. Treat your fellow gamers with respect. Other gamers deserve the same respect that you would expect from them. Rule 2 applies here too!(exceptions are rule 5)

5. Defend your clan brothers and sisters at all cost in front of others. Discuss differences if any, in private.

6a. It is a policy of Clan [EoM]NOT to recruit from other clans. If you spot a player that exhibits a good, friendly attitude and you believe they would make a good addition to our clan, ask them to join. If they are already wearing another clan tag,DO NOT ask them to join!

6b.Concerning "multi-clanning": If you are already a member of another clan and request membership with EoM of your own accord, be aware that your request may be denied at the clan leaderships discretion. We currently do not strictly forbid multi-clanning, but the leadership does examine and rule upon such occurrences on a case by case basis. This covers members of EoM who may choose to simultaneously join another clan as well. Be aware that your membership with EoM may be terminated without notice and/or explanation.

7. New recruits MUST post a proper introduction and official request for membership BEFORE you are allowed to wear the [EoM] tag. This is to officially confirm that YOU agree to the rules and policies. You are NOT required to actively participate in the forum discussions here, but we ask that you do officially agree to the rules and introduce yourself to your fellow clan members.We expect to see the following phrase as part of your request for membership:"I have read, understood, and agree to abide by the rules and policies of Clan [EoM]."(Please refer to the 2nd post in this thread for more details)

* Probation period is 30 days for all new recruits!

AFTER 30 days
[EoM] members receive:

• "Referee" status password on the [EoM] server
  
• "OP"( Chan Op / Channel Operator) status on mIRC channel [EoM]
  
• "Staff" Status (moderator) here at the [EoM] Forums
  

Concerning the REFEREE PASSWORD: If you are given the referee password,DO NOT give out the password to anyone, even if they say they are a member of EoM! Even if you know that they are in fact a member of EoM, don't do it! Never type the password in the chat on the server because anyone watching via the Tastyspleen-Live MIRC channel will be able to see it. The leadership of clan EoM are the only people authorized to give out the password! If anyone has lost the password, PM the clan leader or one of the clan co-leaders here at the forums and they will send it to you.
